As a former post collegiate athelte, it was a great way to find a new style of training and evolve as an athelte. As a new coach it’s a fantastic way to further educate myself on training theory, technique and everything in between.
With little access to a coach that can coach the decathlon it has helped guide me through a plan. Where I now go to the track with my workout and if there is technical work say for example throws, the throws coach can coach technique. Before I would be running around from event to event burning myself out trying to get to all the practices.

I wanted a place to create workouts and push them to my track athletes. I wanted a place they could track their own work as well. I appreciate the workouts and have bought many of them but sadly after getting them I find them to be carbon copies of each other with no real thought on building speed. I like having the instructional videos for drills and would love to be able to put together workouts with video links so athletes could preview ahead of time. Thanks for what you have done. And yes to the $99 if that included a better workout builder and athlete area.

I have loved the structure it has giving to our season. I love the way that the workouts increase/decrease in either intensity/duration/rest time as the season progresses. I am a fairly new coach so it was awesome to change from a random pick a workout from an internet search to a planner progressive season. I also really appreciate the videos of drills etc. sometimes its the best way to help my athletes see what I want them to be doing.
It has helped to empower our student athletes to take control of their training without the need for constant teacher supervision and coaching. It has also helped our lack of coaching expertise in a range of disciplines.

Kept me in stellar shape whilst my season was cancelled and weight rooms / coaches were unavailable to me.
As a primarily a sprint/relay/hurdle coach, having easy straight-forward access to throwing drills has helped me to grow in areas where my strength does not lie. I think the programming I have subscribed to has further expanded my knowledge and been another tool in the toolbox when it comes to coaching track & field at the high school level.
It provided balance to my training (speed, speed endurance, tempo, etc.). It also provided new training techniques and warmups. The warmups have also provided better hip mobility. The programming has also been good in that had more sensible volume than I was creating for myself which resulted in more quality workouts.
The videos are excellent because they not only show you what to do, they explain the why behind the drills.
