Weight Training: Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch
This movement is the single arm kettlebell snatch. This is a great tool to develop hip power as well as core and shoulder stability. Two main points of emphasis when performing this movement are moving the kettlebell in a straight line and choosing a weight that allows you to maintain good posture.
