This movement is the push up. This movement will train the chest, triceps, and shoulders actively as well as the core to maintain posture as the athlete moves from the bottom to the top position. It is important to maintain a straight line from the heel through the back of the head to ensure that the athlete is maintaining a braced core and a neutral spine.
