Weight Training: Pull Ups
This movement is the pull up. When done properly this movement will train all the muscles of the upper and middle back, as well as the biceps. When setting up for this movement the athletes should face their palms away from their body. Additionally, the athlete achieve full elbow extension at the bottom of the movement without relaxing your shoulders.
