Weight Training: Power Clean Front Squat Combination

This movement is the power clean front squat combination. When setting up for this movement have the athlete execute a basic power clean and allow the athlete to reset in the catch position before performing the basic front squat movement. It is important to maintain a braced core and high elbows to ensure the athlete can maintain an upright torso and control over the bar for the full range of motion.
