Weight Training: Plyometric Push Up
This movement is the plyometric push-up. When done properly this will train the chest, triceps, and shoulders explosively. It is important when performing this movement that the athlete actively try to accelerate their body upward as fast as possible out of the bottom position, as well as absorb themselves when falling back down to the ground.
