Weight Training: Pause Front Squat
This movement is the pause front squat. When done properly this movement will train all the muscles of the thigh with the special emphasis on the quadriceps as well as the torso as the core must brace to maintain an upright position. It is important when performing this movement to keep the elbows high and a braced core so that the bar can move in a straight line.
