Weight Training: Pause Back Squat
This movement is the pause back squat. In addition to developing full body strength, this movement will also train athletes to maintain posture, stability, and mobility by maintaining a pause in the bottom position as well as explosive power as the athlete moves from the bottom position to the top position by rapidly accelerating the bar.
