This movement is the hang clean to power clean combination. This is a great movement to help athletes develop full body power as it involves all the major muscle groups through a full range of motion. When performing this movement, the athlete should be sure to control the bar on the way down when transitioning from the hang clean to the power clean and maintain an engaged core to prevent a rounding of the back and loss of control.
