Weight Training: Hang Clean Front Squat Combination

This movement is the hang clean front squat combination movement. When setting up for this movement, the athlete should stand up and a lower the bar into the Hang position with the bar slightly above the knees. At this point, executing your basic hang clean allowing the athlete to reset and move into the front squat. Common errors include moving directly into the front squat and losing stability as the athlete is unable to move the bar in a vertical line.
