This movement is the dumbbell bench press. When setting up the athlete should set the dumbbells on their thighs, and rock back into the set position. When done properly this movement will train the muscles of the chest, shoulders, and triceps. This movement is beneficial for athletes who may have strength differences from one side to the other as it trains each arm independently.
