Weight Training: Double Arm Farmers Carry

This movement is the double arm farmers carry. When Done properly it is an excellent tool to develop full body strength with an emphasis on core stability and posture. While performing this movement, the athlete will hold one kettle bell or dumbbell in each hand of equal weight, and simply walk straight forward. It is important while walking to maintain good posture with the hips tall, torso upright, and prevent the shoulders from slouching by holding them in a neutral position.
