This movement is the banded kettlebell swing. The athlete should be centered above the Kettlebell before initiating the movement. When done properly it will train the muscles involved in hip extension, the glutes, and hamstrings. Notice how the athlete maintains a flat back throughout the entire range of motion the hips reach full hip extension and the feet are in contact with the ground the entire time.
