Triple Jump: Prescribed Distance Hop Phase

This is a hop phase for prescribed distance in the triple jump. This drill will give an athlete a visual cue of where their hop phase should land in their triple jump. This low-level drill is performed from 4 steps. This drill can also be done from a full approach giving the athlete a good visual cue as to not jump too far or too little on the hop phase of the triple jump.
