Triple Jump Approach: 4 Step Push Out of the Back Drill

This is a 4 step push out of the back for the triple jump approach. To be consistent around the toe board, it is important to be consistent out of the back of the approach. Most the time fouling or being too far behind the board comes from not having consistent pushes out of the back of the approach. Figure out the distance that is most comfortable and put a visual cue for the athlete to steer towards multiple times so it becomes ingrained as part of the triple jump approach.
