This wall drill teaches the proper mechanics of a right leg trail leg. The athlete leans into the wall, taking the right foot back, then brings right knee to the right armpit. Note, the foot should stay behind the knee then back on the ground directly underneath the athletes body.

This wall drill teaches the proper mechanics of a left leg trail leg. The athlete leans into the wall, taking the left foot back, then brings left knee to the right armpit. Bring the left leg down next to the other foot.
