Sprint Training: 30 Meter Sled Pull

This is a 30 meter sled pull from a four-point start position. This drill is used to create power and to have athletes feel the proper angle of the start position. Athletes should feel the tension of the pulley of the sled, and also feel full extension or displacement of powerful and driving through each step, all the way through the 30 meter mark.
