Sprint Training: 10 Meter Block Start
This is a basic 10 meter block start. The main thing to look for is proper angles in setting up in the blocks. The front peg roughly two of the athlete's feet from the start line and the back page three of the athlete's feet from the start line. The athlete is doing a good job of coming up and holding the set position with a 90 degree angle in the front and 120 degree angle in the back leg.
