Sprint Acceleration Training: 10 Meter Two Leg Falling Standing Start Drill

This is the 10 meter two leg or feet together falling start. This drill is used at the very beginning level of teaching athletes how to feel the proper angle of the block start. The chest should fall as far forward as possible, and once they feel like they can't go any further, the front foot steps and drives down and back at the same time.
