Proper Sprint Mechanics: Dynamic March Sprint Drill
This dynamic march sprint drill teaches proper sprint mechanics at all levels in track and field. Keep the knee up, heel pulled up under the rear end, and the toe in dorsiflexion. This teaches an athlete to strike the ground down and back propelling their body forward. Focus on quality ground contacts quickly with each foot strike.
