This is a 4 step top hand swing drill. This drill focuses on complete extension of the top hand before take-off, then taking off of the ground leaving the trail leg back behind, and then keeping pressure on the right hand connecting the right hand all the way to the left hip, learning the beginning level of the appropriate swing in the pole vault.
