This is a 6 step top hand stiff pole swing drill, focusing on hanging on the right arm here. The point of this drill is to teach the athlete to fully extend the top hand before the pole hits the back of the box. The athlete then drives into the right knee, keeping their left leg back behind them and hangs on the top arm.
