Plyometric Training: Sprint to Bound Drill

This plyometric drill is a sprint to bound drill, used for sprinters and jumpers, especially elite level triple jumpers. The athlete should sprint to the first cone, then maintain that momentum into an alternate leg bound. It is important for the athlete to maintain the velocity of the sprint, all the way through the bound.
