Plyometric Training: Single Leg Jump Rope
This plyometric drill is single leg jump rope routine, used to develop speed, power, and explosiveness in athletes, particularly jumpers. The athlete should jump off of only one leg at a time, alternating back and forth. Depending on skill level, the number of jumps done at one time will vary.
