Plyometric Training: Lateral Jumps
This plyometric drill is a lateral side to side jump, used for sprinters and jumpers. In this drill, the athlete should jump back and forth, being as quick off of the ground as possible while maintaining good posture. The distance of the jumps will vary depending on age and skill level with athletes.
