Plyometric Training: Jump Rope Routine
This plyometric drill is the jump rope routine, used for athletes in track and field. The routine is used as a plyometric drill as well as conditioning routine for the athletes. The athlete should be quick off the ground, pulling the toes back up in dorsiflexion with each jump off of the ground.
