Plyometric Training: Hops Over Small Cones
This plyometric drill is hops over small cones with the right leg, a drill used for sprinters and jumpers. This drill teaches athletes how to sync their arms and legs in a low level drill. The cone gives a visual cue to the athlete to drive the knee back up towards the front side of the body on each hop.
