Plyometric Training: Alternate Bound for Distance
This plyometric drill is an alternating bound for distance, used for sprinters and jumpers. This drill focuses on covering as much ground as possible in a certain number of contacts. The athlete should maintain good posture as well as proper ground contact under their center of mass.
