Long Jump: 10-5-5 Drill
This 10-5-5 drill is designed to give the athlete visual cues in long jump short approach development. There is a 10-meter cone and then two 5 meter cones. The athlete is going to drive for 10 meters and transition between the first and the second cone, and then turn over. Place a piece of tape to mark the 10th step.
