Javelin: Med Ball Two Step Side Hip Toss

This med ball 2 step left side hip toss training both sides of a javelin throwers body. This teaches the foot to be active when it hits the ground. Put the med ball on the left hip and when the left foot hits the ground, fire the med ball forward aggressively.
