For this shoulder stretch start with a javelin behind your elbow. Grab the javelin and reach over the top with your left hand and pull down and forward on the javelin.

In this rotator cuff stretch keep the elbow in front of the javelin, reach to the right side and grab it with your hand. Then gently push up and forward with the left hand.
