Javelin: 90 Degree Shoulder Stretches
This 90 degree shoulder rotation of our javelin series, creating stability in our shoulder and rotator cuff. The athlete should lock the elbow at 90 degrees and rotate the hand forward.

Athletes should focus on creating strength and stability in every part of the shoulder and elbow for this javelin series. This is a 90 degree backward shoulder rotation. Locking the elbow at 90 degrees, rotating forward and then taking the hand up and backwards.
