Hurdles: Pre-Wrap Drill Set-Up
This video details how to set up a pre-wrap drill, a drill used for the hurdles. This drill is very beneficial for young hurdlers to avoid the fear of possible injury when learning how to hurdle. This drill can also be a good drill for advanced hurdlers that are running at a high rate of speed. The drill is set up by wrapping athletic pre-wrap around the top of two hurdles, pushing each hurdle to the outside of each lane on each side to create as much distance as possible between them. Athletic tape may also be used to hold the pre-wrap at the appropriate height.
