This a 3 step pre-wrap hurdle drill, a drill used in sprint hurdles. This drill teaches young hurdlers how to three step appropriately. The point of the pre-wrap teaches an athlete to sprint over the top of the hurdle as fast as possible without fear of hitting a hurdle. Sprinting through the hurdle is the number one factor in teaching a sprint hurdler how to run fast. This is a very important drill that teaches rhythm in between and over the top of each hurdle.
