This is a start over two hurdles. Place cones down so the athlete can have a visual in where to take off in front of each hurdle. The athlete should take off far enough away from the hurdle minimize flight time, the goal is to be back on the ground as soon as possible. Actively push off the ground, move hands quickly over the top to speed up the trail led, push the lead leg down, to quickly get back on the ground.
