This is a walls series knee exchange drill, a drill used in general mobility and warm ups. This drill teaches proper drive phase sprint mechanics. The athlete should drive the right knee, then holding the position, firing for a quick count off off of the ground, and then repeating on the opposite leg. The knee, heel, and toes are in the up position through the entire drill.
