Hurdle Mobility: High-Low Double Under Drill
This is a right leg high-low double under hurdle mobility drill, a drill used in hip mobility and warm ups. The athlete should step over the low hurdles with the right leg, and step under the high hurdles with the left leg, dropping their head on each side of the hurdle for three counts. The athlete should focus on sitting their center of mass down as low as possible in the squat position with their chest up throughout the drill.
