Hurdle Mobility: High-Low Backwards Drill
This is a right leg high-low backward hurdle mobility drill, a drill used in hip mobility and warm ups. The athlete should step over the low hurdles backwards with the right leg, and step under the high hurdles with the left leg. The athlete should focus on sitting their center of mass down as low as possible in the squat position with their chest up throughout the drill.
