How to Triple Jump: Continuous Triple Jumps Training Drill

This is a continuous triple jump drill used for triple jump athletes. This is a great beginning drill teaching the athletes repetitively the motion of a right right left contact repeatedly in the triple jump. Switch this drill to a left left right contact if that is the format the athlete uses.
