How to Pole Vault: Upper Body Stretches, Backward Lat Stretch

This is a backward shoulder stretch complex for the pole vault. It is recommended to do this before every pole vault session trying to make sure that the whole shoulder girdle, and back lat muscles are all stretched out, loosened up, and ready for a proper take off. Hold on to the end of the pole and sit back feeling the stretch in the lats and lower back.
