This is a cone drill with a pole vault pole, teaching proper carry of the pole. Notice that the athletes right hand is on the right hip, and their left hand is up in the middle of their chest not crossing the mid-line of their chest. A very common problem that is athletes, with their left hand, want to cross that over their body. Keep it at the mid-line of the body. The cones allow the athlete to focus on proper posture and keeping their knees up appropriately while running with their pole vaulting pole.
