This a 5 step, over the top hurdle drill, performed at a very easy pace. This drill teaches the athlete the full movement of the lead and trail leg together while going over the top of the hurdle. The athlete should remain square down the track, leading with the knee rather than the foot while actively pushing off of the ground with the trail leg, pulling it all the way through by moving the hand quickly.
