This a 3 step trail leg hurdle drill. The athlete should keep the trail leg tight, pulling their knee up into their armpit, keeping the shoulders square while facing down the track. The athlete should keep the hand quick while pulling the trail leg through. The athlete should also push off of the ground actively, pushing the knee to the armpit, and then pulling it through quickly in one fluid motion.
