This is a short approach off of a box or ramp, a drill used in the high jump. This drill focuses on developing a comfort of attempting jumps at higher bars while working on technique. The athlete is able to take multiple jumps in one workout session with this drill while focusing on driving the knee and feeling quality rotation over the top of the bar.
