High Jump: S Drill With Stick
This is an S drill with a stick, a drill used in high jump. This drill is typically set up over the course of 60 meters with each cone set up 6 lanes apart and 15 meters apart. The focus should be on rhythm and pressure through each turn while maintaining posture through the turn. The stick helps the athlete to keep the shoulders square with the hips around each turn, running relaxed around each cone with good acceleration.
