High Jump: Low Level Circle Penultimate Drills
This is a circles penultimate low level drill, a drill used in the high jump. This drill focuses on proper foot contact through the take off at a beginner level. The athlete should feel pressure on the inside left heel while pushing through right leg, or penultimate step actively. The athlete should maintain a 22 degree lean around the circle, which is set up in a 12 foot radius (24 foot diameter).
