Hamstring Mobility: Straight Leg RDL Warm Up Routine

This is the straight leg RDL, a drill used to loosen the hamstring muscles. The athlete makes a hinge movement at the waist, touching the ground out in front of them. Focus on not raising the back leg to high, while controlling the movement touching the ground on each step with each leg.
