General Mobility and Warm Ups: Wall Series Knee Hold Drill
This is a walls series knee hold drill, a drill used in general mobility and warm ups. This drill teaches proper drive phase sprint mechanics. The athlete should drive the right knee, then holding the position, repeating on the opposite leg. The knee, heel, and toes are in the up position through the entire drill.
