Dynamic Warm-Up: Linear Lunge Series Routine
This is a linear lunge series that is used as a general warm up as well as part of an overall mobility routine. The athlete steps twice with each leg, as they step through reaching high with a side bend on each side of the body, followed by a twist motion to each side of the body, and then an outside reach as well as an inside reach. This warm up is important in preparing athletes for practice, competition, and injury prevention.
