This is a powerball segmented full throw from the circle drill, a drill used in discus. This is the last step in the progression of learning a full discus throw. This drill teaches an athlete the importance of the first movement out of the back of the circle. The athlete should shift their weight over to the left side with their center of mass over their left heel out of the back of the circle, then pause and reset to complete a South African discus drill.
